About Us

Who?
Welcome to ArcadeMag.net. This is my first ever arcade site. My first site ever managed is Anime-Resources.com on 2005 when I grew on interest with Anime over time. From the experience becoming a mod with some top anime sites, I begun to build my own fansite. Although the site was dead due to the work commitment I had at that time. 2 years later, I began to research and work on a couple site and finally brings back my old site with a new name; AnimeHeist. Since then I've been involved in numerous web projects including a newly launched image hosting site and have developed blogs and created a couple of successful site and forums. I'm now turning my focus to something I've always had a secret fancy for: flash games.

What?
ArcadeMag.net is a free flash arcade with an ambition: I simply wanted to build an arcade with free games of the type that I would actually play myself. I want people to come and play at my sites and tell me which games are bored. So, this way I can know which games are good and which games are bad.

So, I decided to try build my own arcade site from the bottom up. Eurm..not that I coded this myself. The site is powered by a Pro license of Arcadem script packed with more than 5000+ games. I did not tried each of these games but planning to do it in a few days or weeks so that only the games worth playing are indexed in here. I might hired someone to do this. This means that the site started with a huge database and will decrease its inventory gradually as the best games get picked. So over time you'll see the site grow and hopefully reach maturity in a year from now.

Why?
Perhaps you're wondering about the choice of names. Why ArcadeMag? Well first of all, it was simply a matter of finding a domain name that hasn't yet been taken. But the truth is I am kinda out of ideas at most times. Luckily, I thought about arcade + people who plays + more people who plays. So, ArcadeMag.net (pronounce as Arcade Magnet) was born. Rather than a generic name, it turns out to be a cool name, don't you agree?

Frequency of content
At ArcadeMag.net you'll find a tons of flash games and a minimum of 1 new showcase/review per week (will try to keep the pace whenever possible). If you have any suggestions for games you'd like to see here, or if you'd like me to review one of your games then please get in touch via the contact form.
